Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase (we hope not, but we know things happen), we will accept a return of unused merchandise in the original packaging within 14 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the payment method used during purchase after receiving the returned item safely. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
If we are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost. The credit for your returned item(s) should appear on your next statement.

To return an item, please contact us using the Contact Us form to request a Return Authorization Code and directions for return shipping. Please include your original order number . Customers are responsible for any return shipping/Duty costs.
