If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a cancelation email notifying you that we are unfortunately unable to fulfill your order. We will offer you the ability to select a new item or wait for the back order to be filled if applicable.
Shipping and Handling:
Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS ground which takes approximately 2-5 business days within the US.
Please allow up to 14 days for all international shipments. Please note we can not ship to PO Box addresses. Express shipment is also available.

Please note that shipping costs do not include duty or applicable taxes. Linell Ellis is not responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes and other applicable fees that may be imposed. The customer is solely responsible for these fees.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order ships. This email will include a shipping tracking number.
If your item/s arrives damaged, please contact Linell Ellis Customer Service. If the item is available we will be happy to send a replacement. If the item is no longer available, we will refund your payment or assist you in making another purchase.
Each Linell Ellis leather handbag is made with premium leather. To clean your handbag, use specific chemicals for leather in order to maintain its original character in the long run. Each Linell Ellis fabric handbag is designed with exclusive and individual fabrics. Please treat your handbags with care. We recommend using mild soap and water for most bags. Please test a small area on the bag prior to cleaning the entire stained area. Dry cleaning is always an excellent choice.
